Event Registration Terms and Conditions

The Dental Hygienists' Association of Australia (Queensland Branch) Inc. will make every effort to ensure that the information contained throughout our events web pages and in our events database is as precise and accurate as possible, at the time of publishing. However, there may be misprints and human errors of which we are not liable. The DHAAQ reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the DHAAQ events. All members who are affected by these changes will be notified.

Privacy

The DHAAQ is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We will not disclose, sell or share your e-mail address or any of your personal details that you lodge with us for a DHAAQ event to other organisations or individuals, except when required by law.

Security of Financial Transactions

When registering and paying for an event, financial information is protected as all financial transactions are carried out in a secure sockets layer (SSL). This is an advanced encryption technology that works with your Internet browser and prevents any third party accessing the information you send us.

Registration Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations by a Registrant

    Cancellation for a DHAAQ event is accepted in writing up to 14 days prior to the event, less an administration fee as specified for the event. A cancellation cannot be accepted less than 14 days before the event and no refund will be payable after this time.

  • Cancellations by DHAAQ

    The DHAAQ reserves the right to cancel any event at any time with no responsibility to applicants other than to fully refund all monies paid for the event.

Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST.
