How to Apply for / Renew Membership
Please download and print the membership application form. Membership categories and fees can be found below - please refer to the Notes section of the application form for any conditions of membership that may apply. Post your completed membership form (don’t forget to include your email address) with your cheque, money order or credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard) to:
